As the holidays approach, many of us start moving at what feels like 100mph—rushing, planning, celebrating, juggling work and family.
But while this time of year can be joyful, it can also be incredibly tough for those struggling with mental health, anxiety, or depression.
Please remember:
Not everyone feels festive. Not everyone feels surrounded. Not everyone feels okay.
Take a moment to slow down.
Reach out.
Check on your friends, family, colleagues—anyone who might be finding things difficult.
A simple message or call can genuinely make a difference.
Loneliness can be devastating. Connection can be life-saving.
If you or someone you know needs confidential support and doesn’t feel able to open up to family or close friends, help is available:

Samaritans (24/7): https://lnkd.in/evqRn3nA

You are never a burden. You do not have to struggle alone.
Let’s take care of ourselves—and each other. 💙
