      • Bank statement , P45, P60 , P800

      • Customer financial information

      • Card details (only for payments directly to us or for a claim) these details won`t be stored

      • Proof of address (bills or tenancy agreement)

      • Pictures for the sole purpose of the client`s case as example: exhibits in position statement , witness statement etc

      • Police, Medical or any other professional documents for the sole purpose of the ongoing case of the client .

  • How we get the personal information and why we have it

    • Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Register, Consider , Submit or back up a claim with supporting evidence.

    •  We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Following a claim made through us we might receive information send as a response to your claim from the organisations we made the claim with.

    •  We use the information that you have given us in order to submit and back up your claims made through us only.

  • Sharing Information

    • We may share this information with HMCTS,POLICE, HMRC, DWP, City Council, Citizen Advice Bureau, GDASS, DVLA, CAFCASS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES and any other organisations we agreed on.
