Our Fixed Fee Services
Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your appointment or service, full payment is required in advance.
The prices displayed on this website are fixed-fee guide prices and may vary depending on the complexity of your case, the volume of documentation, and the stage your proceedings have reached. Where a different fee applies, this will always be discussed and agreed with you before any work is undertaken.
Our fixed-fee services include reasonable amendments following your review. Where substantial revisions, additional evidence or significant changes to your instructions are requested after the initial draft has been completed, an additional fee may apply. Any additional costs will always be agreed with you in advance.
Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in 100% of the agreed service fee being payable.
Please note that court fees payable to HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) are not included within our service fees and remain the responsibility of the client.
The Golden Lioness reserves the right to decline or discontinue instructions where a conflict of interest exists, the matter falls outside the scope of our services, or we are unable to provide appropriate assistance.
